Cayo Tallow Co. creates handcrafted skincare products made in small batches using natural ingredients, including grass-finished tallow and other carefully selected ingredients.
Because our products are handmade:
Color, scent, texture, and consistency may naturally vary between batches.
Product photos are representative and may not exactly match the item you receive.
We reserve the right to improve formulas, packaging, product offerings, and pricing without prior notice.
2. Product Safety
Our products are intended for external use only unless specifically stated otherwise.
Please read all ingredient lists before use.
Customers with allergies, sensitive skin, or medical conditions should consult their physician before using any product.
We recommend performing a patch test before first use.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation develops.
Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration unless specifically stated. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Sunscreen Disclaimer
Our sunscreen products should be applied as directed and reapplied as needed, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
No sunscreen provides complete protection against UV radiation.
Customers should also use protective clothing, hats, sunglasses, and seek shade during prolonged sun exposure.
Individual results may vary depending on skin type, application amount, environmental conditions, and activity level.
4. Heat & Natural Product Disclaimer
Our products contain natural oils, butters, beeswax, and grass-finished tallow that may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping or storage.
This does not necessarily affect product quality.
Customers should allow products to cool and return to room temperature before use if melting occurs.
Natural texture changes caused by heat are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order.
Limit quantities purchased.
Cancel orders containing pricing errors.
Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.
Refuse purchases intended for unauthorized resale.
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
Prices, promotions, product availability, and discounts may change without notice.
Sales tax will be collected where required by law.
7. Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Providing inaccurate billing information may result in cancellation of your order.
8. Shipping
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Cayo Tallow Co. is not responsible for delays caused by: USPS, UPS, FedEx, Weather, Customs, Holidays, Carrier errors, Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier accepts the shipment.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
9. Returns & Refunds
Please review our Refund Policy before making a purchase.
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare products, opened or used products cannot generally be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.
10. Allergies
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.
Cayo Tallow Co. cannot guarantee that products are free from trace amounts of allergens due to shared equipment and ingredients.
Customers assume all responsibility for determining whether our products are suitable for their individual needs.
