Refund Policy
At Cayo Tallow Co., we take pride in the artisanal quality of our small-batch skincare. We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please review our refund policies below.
1. Returns & Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original handcrafted packaging. Because our products are organic and artisanal, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with.
2. Refunds Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. Shipping Responsibilities
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you encounter any quality issues with our tallow formulations, please contact us immediately at hello@cayotallow.com with photos of the product. We are committed to ensuring you receive the pure, high-quality skincare you expect from the Florida Keys.
